Many people are dissatisfied with their lives. They realize that things need to change but they often do not know what to do. Follow these six tips to get started making your life better than it has ever been.Get rid of the clutter. As the years pass by we tend to accumulate items that we no longer need. These may be items that were given to us as gifts or things we thought we needed but have only used once or twice and no longer use. They are just taking up space and perhaps even getting in your way every day.Get rid of them. Clear them out. Plan on the time to pull them out of the closet or the garage or attic and go through them. Keep only what you need for your immediate use, such as today or next week. If you will not need or use them in a couple weeks, set them aside and create a pile of items you will give away to others or sell.

Among all the actions we perform on a daily basis, good habits are those having favorable influence on our lives, while bad habits are the actions resulting in negative outcomes for us and for people close to us as well. Bad habits are usually called addictions.But let me make a distinction here. Letting addictions aside, we can further split all our daily habits in habits which add in our personal development and habits which are just wasting our time.Think a little bit of everything you do daily. What are you doing every morning, then during the time you spend at the office, and when you're back home in the evening?

Exercise.Yes, exercise. The human body is connected to the human mind and the two are inseparable. One affects the other and it is necessary that we take care of each of them.Many people do not exercise because they do not like to sweat. We can still exercise without sweating.Begin getting fit slowly. There is no need to go all-out from the beginning and that is not recommended anyway. Begin by taking a slow walk through the neighborhood or go to a large shopping mall and just stroll through it. Take your time - there is no hurry.

But the universe is sending you wise and peaceful signals every day in reaction to what you say you want and if you let go of trying to work how to achieve what you desire and instead focus on the joy of what you want and follow the signals,you will be led towards your goals and dreams.signals can point you towards information that can help you by showing you how to overcome hurdles and introducing you to people you need to meet, offering you lessons you need to learn, providing encouragement at times you need it and creating beneficial helpful situations that literally leverage you towards the achievements of your goals and dreams.The type of signals you have received in the past (knowingly or unknowingly), the signals you are receiving right now and the signals you will continue to receive as long as you live, are wide and varied.There is literally no end to the type of signals you can receive. However, to get you started, below are some of the most common types of signals.At times we find ourselves in the most wonderfully synchronistic situations, and the most coincidental circumstances, that seem just too good to be true! It's like the sun, stars and moon aligned in our favour. We think that we have been very lucky, to have been in the right place at the right time, heard the right information or met the right person. We think - If I had been a bit earlier or a bit later, or had decided to go somewhere else, or hadn't attended... I would not have been so lucky.However, it is no coincidence that these things occur. These are big, bold, wonderfully helpful signals.Musical Signals:Songs can often pop into your head at random times, seemingly from nowhere. You didn't hear the song on the radio, you don't love the song and hadn't chosen to hum or sing the song. At times, just 'out of the blue', you realise you are humming or singing a song. Most often, it is really just a few lines of a song.It is not the music that is signalling you, it's the lyrics. Be alert for songs popping into your unexpectedly. Pay attention. Research the song on the internet, find the lyrics, see if the lyrics relate in some way to your current circumstances, to the goal/dream you have set for yourself, to any challenges you may currently be facing.

There are important changes in our lives that compel us to modify at least a part of our habits. This arrives for instance when we finish school and start working or when we get married, or leave our parents' home and move in our own place. In all these cases, we cut sharply the connection with an old familiar environment and have to adapt to a new one. When we feel at ease in our new environment, it means that the new habits are installed.

Sit down with a pen and paper and think of all the good things that have happened to you in your life. Write them down. Create your list of things to be thankful for. Remember those times when you were happy and cheerful. Consider how you can make those things happen more often in your life.Although you may not want to, make a list of the bad things that have happened in your life too. Consider what caused those things to happen and how you can avoid that happening again.Make time to get enough sleep.In this hurried world many people do not get enough sleep. Our jobs may require more and more of our time, traffic prevents us from getting home in a timely manner, people make small demands on your time which add up to several hours, children act up and take up more of your time (but you should be thankful for your children - they are blessings!), there are many causes for why we do not 'hit the sack' when we know we should.

You must be aware, 'awake' and alert every day and every moment - consciously wondering about the day to day things you read, people you meet, situations you find yourself in, sights you see, things you hear and be on the look out for correlations to your goals and dreams.How do I interpret signals? Signals are very much in the eye of the beholder. Interpreting them is unique to you. A signal that you receive will be different to a signal someone else receives, and how you interpret them will also be unique. That is okay, because The Universe knows you, it knows how you operate, how you think and it knows how you will interpret the signals you receive.It's like a game of orienteering, mixed with a crossword puzzle, mixed with Cluedo, though sometimes there is no interpretation needed, as the signals can be very, very obvious! The joy of signals is all in the interpretation and fun of musing their meaning and the excitement of what signals are coming next. If you are unclear on the meaning of a signal, wait, as the signals will keep coming, and they will build a clear picture if you are patient, alert and willing to esquire, to learn and to harness the signals to achieve your goals and dreams.

Be prepared to overcome setbacks over time because habits are usually strong enough to not let us change them easily.Make a plan and follow it, and be patient and persistent. Trust the method and be proactive.In a few weeks you'll be proud of yourself, self-confident and ready to take on new challenges.Don't let time pass without knowing why you are living. Find your direction and follow it.
