A child is a blessing from God. This is why every person desires to have a kid. Sadly, some parents give birth to children that they cannot raise. This is why some children cannot have the things they require to live comfortable lives. On the other side, some children have more than they require. However, it is the duty of every parent to ensure that his or child has the amenities needed to ensure that they live a happy live. Since one cannot choose the live that he or she desire to live, some Kenyan kids live deplorable lives due to poverty.
Most third world countries are soaking in poverty. You therefore find that affording a meal for such people is not easy. Amazingly, the poor people have the most children. It is amazing to find a single parent with more than five children. Such parents are supposed to raise the children alone, yet she has no job, or a good source of income.
The desire of all parents is to take their children to good schools. This is education is very vital. Apart from getting a good job after completing education, it helps lighten up ones mind. An educated person cannot equal a person who is not educated. This is because; some opportunity requires one to have knowledge and wisdom to exploit. However, some children are not able to go to school, due to lack of fees, food, and even shoes.
After dropping from school such children have no choice but, to be street children. No wader the number of street children in most of the third world countries is growing by day. Sadly, street children are exposed to many problems. They abuse drugs at a tender age leading to early death.
Although children labor is not legal, most of the children have no choice but to be in it. For instance, think of a girl who becomes pregnant while at her early stages. If the girl has no people to support her raise her children, she will have to work to raise the kid. Boys without anyone to care for them are forced to work to put food in their table.
It is sad that some girls get married early than they should be. When their hope of education is shattered, the girls are left with no choice, but to be married. They prefer moving in with a man who can care and provide for them, rather than loiter in streets. It is sad that some parents give their children for marriage to rich men.
Some of these children are not only bright in school, but are also talented. It is amazing to see children compose good songs, poems and other things. This shows that some children have talents but lack an avenue to express them. This is because; every person has his or her unique qualities. It is sad that some children die before they get the chance to show who they really are.
