Then, straighten your arms to push your body back up. After this, raise your left arm followed by rotating your chest towards the left. Follow the same technique for working on your right breast.

4. Elevated Push-Ups With Elevated Push-Ups they require a little more effort because your legs are raised by an object like a chair. Your palms are as usual, however you will find it harder to push yourself back up now.

5. Chest Dips You will need to find some kind of bars to perform Chest Dips. They now sell some that fit in doorways. Once you have your bars grab onto them and try doing some pull-ups. Move your body so your chest can feel it. Just hold for a sec, then drop slowly down to your start position and repeat the exercise.
