This responsibility is the most crucial in any company that if not adhered to by the management it will cause them serious problems and even a revocation of their licenses. Dissatisfied workers who fear for their health. Paying heavy fines to the authorities because they do not follow the terms and conditions necessary to operate a company. The company operates at a loss because of the frequent resignations of workers who are not happy with their working terms.
The limitations of unsafe working conditions to the workers are; they might get permanent health conditions or disability if they work without protective clothes. In extreme cases it might lead to death in case of fire and there are no fire extinguishers and some employees might get trapped inside the factory or company.
