It is common to think that it is alright and you need to take time to mediate. However, you should be keen on some of the signs that can help you know that you need to mediate. For instance, it is normal to sleep tired and wake up in the morning tired. In most cases, there are things that you need to reconsider. One of the things may be that you are too heavy with bad energy.

Also, you should be careful when you experience body pains in different parts of your body. For instance, you may have serious back, shoulder and stomach pain. This does not mean that all pains are due to negative energy, negative energy may lead to this pain. You should start by visiting you doctor to know the real cause of the problem.

The other sign is when you lack passion on things that you once enjoyed doing. This is mostly due to energy leak which implies that you lack enough self energy to operate with. This may be coupled by being too emotional. These are emotions that are over the top or not appropriate to the given situation.
